Can Change is back Saterday September 19th with a vengence, North Bay’s own Green Minded music festival.  The P.A. system will be  powered by petal power. There will be local venders and Its completely free…thats right FREE!!!!! Happing at  the Kwanis Band Shell at the North Bay Waterfront.Here is the days line up
